In my own opinion, “diet” alone isn’t actually an effective way to lose weight. I agree that changing your regular food regime can make a little difference but only for a while. You will always go back to your original diet just like what you are used to. I think diet always goes with exercise. Exercising is the best way to lose weight.

Great sharing out here but i personally think the exercise is the best way to loose the weight because most the time we forget to exercise and just weight loose program that has zero effect on our body.

Diet with regular exercise are good combination to remain healthy and probably to lose weight. In order to achieve something, one should do something. If you want to lose weight, have a diet plan and start following it. Avoid cheating. Remember, if you want to lose weight, you should be burning more calories more than you eat.
