This is great but 1 thing I think that every one who wants to lose weight should keep in mind is to always replace their sweats with water or re hydrating drinks. This will not just remove your thirst but will rejuvenate you as well. And for faster weight loss, supplements are way helpful as well. Thanks for posting this, I like it.
