After reading this post I can say that you have given some good suggestions for detoxing.Detoxing and cleansing are good for your body.In detoxing method it is important to drink lots of filtered water and exercise are better.Healthy eating is always good.

According to me,there is no switch for a healthy diet and regular exercise when it comes to losing weight and staying well. Detox diets do inspire some nice habits such as eating more fruit and vegetables, drinking more water and cutting down on junk food and tasteful foods.
